The 67th Golden Globe Awards was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday, January 17, 2010,

The event is hosted by Ricky Gervais.

The Nominations for the Golden globe awards were announced on 15th Dec, 2009. Visit the Official website for more info.

Movie Up in the Air was given six nominations, while Nine with five and Avatar and Inglourious Basterds had 4 nominations each.

The Golden Globes awards recognize performances  in 25 categories, out of which 14 are for motion pictures and 11 for television.

Dick Clark productions is  producing the Golden Globes ceremony since the year 1983.
