Earthquake in Chicago, No Damage Yet
Chicago was hit by an earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale which woke up around million of people in the morning. The time the earthquake hit was local time 03:59:34 AM.
According to the website of USGS, the earthquake was centered 77 kilometers) West North West of Chicago, Illinois. The depth of this earthquake in Chicago was around 5 kilometers or 3 miles.
The exact location of this 4.3 Chicago earthquake according to map says its just under the town of Virgil, Illinois. While the earthquake tremors were felt people from people living in Villa Park, Batavia, Naperville, Western Springs and Des Plaines, this is what the local media in Chicago stated.
