Bill Belew spent nearly 20 years in Asia after serving Uncle Sam in the Far East. It is from that experience that he gained an interest in all things Asian, specifically Japan, China, Russia and India.

PanAsianBiz came first, then RisingSunOfNihon followed by TheBizOfKnowledge, then Greenpacks.org. Those undertakings eventually led to the estabishment of the CosmoFairNetwork.
