Apple iPad a disappointment
Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs made an announcement of a brand new tablet style multimedia computer, which is going to be a 10″ touchscreen and probably the next best thing that Apple has offered.
This Apple tablet will allow users to play music, read digital books, watch movies, and also surf the internet in addition to many other surprises that will be announced today.

The newly launched iPad is a disappointment for most of the users.
A few features if were added in the iPad then it might no be the reason for a disappointment.
1. There is no Multitasking option, means you will not be able to do multiple tasking.
2. No Video/Cameras, Means no option to video Chat.
2. No flash.
4. No HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) .
Steve Jobs is the mastermind behind this technology and it looks like the next Apple toy will come at a hefty price tag – like it’s other toys.
The price is $499 .
But if it’s Apple, it’s bound to be worth the cost.

Before I say anything about the iPad, I must start by saying.. I’m an Apple fan 100%, and I love all the products they have..
About the iPad… Seriously the most disappointing piece of tech Apple ever came out with.. Why? Many of reasons.
- Custom built in processor instead of an Intel, which makes any operative system you can install in a Mac or any Mac OS X applications completely incompatible with this device.
- For now, only runs iPhone and iPod touch apps.
- It will have new apps just made for it, but if you already payed for a copy of iWork, Microsoft Office, Adobe Studio or whatever, if you want an app like that for your iPad you will have to pay again for it instead of being able to install your own Mac OS X software. Not to mention that not all developers will make a version of your software for this device.
- The storage capacity is really deficient
- No USB ports, which means, no pen drives, no external hard drives, no external DVD.
- The RAM memory is not upgradable.
- As it was pointed out, no camera.
In other words, while you can acquire a 10\ laptop, apple offers a huge iPhone/iPod touch. For this size people would expect to get a laptop, that runs Mac OS X with its applications and not a custom OS.
Personally for this price i rather get myself an iPhone (which of course I already have).
Sadly Apple failed with this product.
