Wayne Rooney involved in sex scandal

English football player, Wayne Rooney is said to have been involved in a sex scandal with a prostitute when his wife, Coleen McLoughlin was pregnant.
What seems to have got his wife, Coleen’s goat is the fact
that Rooney was barely apologetic about theincident, and seemed to have
brushed it aside.

It has been reported that Rooney was involved in the scandal with Jennifer Thompson, and could now face a divorce proceeding from his
wife.

It is also said that given the scandal, the Manchester United management is now reconsidering the offering of the deal to the star striker. The deal was said to be worth 140,000 pounds/week and earlier, Sir Alex Fergusson, the Manchester United manager had confirmed the deal.

It has been reported that despite the scandal, Rooney will be a part of the English starting line-up for their game against Switzerland. Rooney had struggled in the 2010 World Cup due to apparent issues caused due to the possibility of the scandal breaking out.
