Kolkata Knight Riders captain Sourav Ganguly has said on Thursday that his side’s penetrative bowling attack will turn things around for them in this edition of the IPL.

Speaking to a website, Ganguly said that the raw pace of Shane Bond coupled with the fast bowling of Ishant Sharma, Ajit Agarkar and Eklak Ahmid will count for a lot and could make the desired difference.

Ganguly also said that he was more or less sure about the batting line-up that he would go with for the first game of the tournament, which begins on 12th of March. He added that it is a tough call to take in order to choose the four foreign players out of the list of players they had, including the likes of Chris Gayle, Brad Hodge, David Hussey, Angelo Mathews and Ajantha Mendis.

Kolkata has had a dismal two IPL tournaments, having finished sixth and eighth respectively.
