The Knight Riders, on the other hand, come into this game after facing a heavy loss against a reinvigorated Mumbai team. This too, after a seven matches unbeaten run. The positive they can take from that game is that Kallis is back in form, with his 79. With Gambhir already scoring runs, these two can put a serious dent in CSK’s bowling.
The Knight Riders are one point above the CSK, with one game in hand. They would be aiming to finish among the top two , to have at least two chances to qualify for the final.
