IPL 2012 Cricket Live Score: KKR vs PW Live Streaming info and Highlights

The second game of the last round of league matches will be played between the Pune Warriors (PW) and the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on May 19. The pw vs kkr game will take place at the Subrata Roy Sahara Stadium in Pune. This will be the 70th game of the Indian Premier League 2012.

This is a game between two totally contrasting sides. KKR is at second spot on the points table and is trying to finish at the top. The Warrioirs, however, are second last and are trying not to be the last.

If the Warriors lose this game they will be exposed to a chance of ending up at the bottom if the Chargers manage to win their last game.

The Knight Riders are having their best IPL season. If they manage to win this game, they will confirm their final standing among the top two teams. This will give them two chances in the playoffs to qualify for the finals. However, a loss here will also let them go through to the playoffs.

This game might be Ganguly’s last professional game. The experiment of including him at such an age did not prove to be so useful. Although it seemed to have been working in the beginning of the tournament, nine losses in a row at the end has destroyed the campaign for the Warriors. Ganguly’s lack of run scoring and inability to use his troops properly would have been sad to watch for cricket fans.

The KKR are similarly dependent on their captain, Gautam Gambhir, who is their highest scorer. Kallis, McCullum and Tiwary have occasionally performed but they will need increase the frequency of big scores. KKR’s bowling has been superb with Sunil Narine sharing most wickets (21) this season with Morne Morkel and Lasith Malinga.
