India v England, 4th Test, Nagpur, 2nd day Report
In a dramatic turn of events, it seems the second day of India vs England test in Nagpur gave clear hints of England topping the match with some great performance by James Anderson. Earlier, after the first day of the 4th test, it was quite unclear as to which side was on a high in terms of performance.
But on the second day, the world class show of Anderson gave India a hard time with the top order struggling at 87 for 4 at the end of the day. The struggle was the result of failures from Virendra Sehwag and Sachin Tendulkar against England’s score of 330.
England’s Anderson performed outstandingly with a score of 3-24 among ballers. In case of batsmen debut player Joe Root, the youngest of the England’s players made a brilliant 73 runs. The grand score of England was the result of the score made by Root and Graeme Swann, who got a half-century.
