India Srilanka 2nd test highlights

The 2nd Test match between Inda and Srilanka began at Kanpur on 24th Nov 2009. India captain M Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat. Watch the highlights of the 1st day.

Plenty of records tumbled, including the most runs scored in a day by India, as the home side amassed 417 for 2, with the help of quick centuries from Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag.

This is the fourth Test in a row in which Gambhir has scored a century, and this was the first time that Sehwag has been made a sub-150 triple-digit score since 2003. Rahul Dravid has also closed in on yet another century, while Tendulkar was solid after coming in late in the day.
