A new study has found that it is really good for the patients of dementia to solve puzzles, listening to healing music and reading. On the other hand, people suffering from this problem should avoid thinking too much for too long.

A dementia is someone, whose reasoning ability is declined, who is facing with the loss of memory, and other problems related to mental ability. In dementia, a person is dependent on others even for his everyday activities like bathing, dressing, driving, etc.

The research was conducted by Robert Wilson, Rush University Medical Centre. He said, “Once diagnosed with dementia, people with a mentally active life are likely to have more negative brain changes than others. As a result, those with more mentally active lifestyles may experience a faster rate of decline once dementia begins.

Previously dementia was considered to be found in elderly people and was thought to be a part of ageing. But it actually is a medical problem that can be faced by anyone, respective of the age.
