The Top Ten Products Chinese Complain About
Well, it's good to know that America is not the only country where people complain about the products they buy that don't work, have to be taken back to replace or repair.
China has the same problem. Japan, too, but perhaps not as bad as these other two countries.
One product gets a whopping 43% of complaints about its performance or lack thereof in China.
Which products do Chinese complain about most.

1. but garnering 56,721 of 130, 491 complaints, that darn cell-phone.
The major complaints – product quality and high prices.
Wait till more Chinese start driving and then we'll see the automobile complaints climb the list.
