Beijing will employ video cameras to catch fans cussing and shouting dirty words at opponents during a friendly soccer match between Guo'an and Barcelona.
If it's a friendly match, then what will the shouting and cussing be all about?
Still, while fans are watching the game, Beijing police will be patrolling the stands with video cameras…recording football fans using dirty words to humiliate rival players.
Something tells me that the Chinese can shout all they want in Chinese out Barcelona's Spanish speaking players, and
they won't care.
