Nike Next Sponsor for World’s Tallest Man, Bao Xishun?

Companies in Mongolia aren't dummies.

They know when they have a stand out product, something that can attract attention.

When Bao Xishun got married, Inner Mongolia decided to capitalize on his fame.

Some 15 firms cashed in on his wedding to a woman in his hometown.

He had searched the world, placed adverts everywhere, but the woman, Xia, who fell for him was just a few miles away. bao.xishun.sponsor.bmp

From the shoes he wore to the wedding to the liquor that warmed him down to his toes…not a small 'feet' considering they were more than seven feet away, Bao and his wife received sponsorship for their wedding.

The ex-ground pounder who wasn't much good as a basketball player in the Chinese army herds livestock and hires himself out for publicity

stunts.

He wants kids 6'-6'6" tall who will be able to play basketball.

If he gets them…chances are Nike will be the next big sponsor.
