Massage Parlors and Padlock Pants

Massage parlors – part of the oldest business in the world.

There’s a small town in Indonesia that doesn’t like what people might think of their massage parlors. They’re supposed to be massage parlors, and nothing else. Supposed to be.

However, just in case someone gets the wrong idea, the town wants the girls to wear padlocks on their skirts and pants just so as people don’t get the wrong idea.

Please, tell me somebody, how in the dickens can you padlock a skirt?

The town on Java Island wants visitors to know that prostitution is not tolerated.

The girls want to know why tourists aren’t required to lock up their britches before coming to town and turn in the keys to be picked up when the guys go home.
