对 dui 症 zheng 下 xia 药 yao – Suit the remedy to the illness.
Two men came to a doctor with the same symptoms, but the doctor treated them differently.
When they questioned the doctor, they received that the explanation that though the disease and symptoms were the same, the causes were different, thus requiring different treatments.
The two men followed the doctor's orders and became better.
Which begs the question – should all problems a business faces be treated with the same remedies?
