Cameras linked to computers have been installed in seven restaurants in Haidan district of Beijing.

It's part of an effort to monitor and improve sanitation in the service industry leading up to the Beijing Olympics.

Hopes are to put cameras in all the district's restaurants.

However, cooks are afraid the cameras will reveal trade secrets and specialized

recipes….
