Introducing Chinese Cars – Hafei Motors

Posted by Bill Belew on April 23rd, 2006 in PanAsianBiz | No Comments

Hafei Motor Group is a subsidiary of Harbin Aircraft Industry and is a leader in making small motor vehicles and mini-vans.

These little pick up trucks are real work horses. We have the same kind of truck in rural Japan and they seriously earn their keep.

And their Mini-vans look like something you could put in your back pocket.

hafei.jpgAnd now Hafei wants to get into th mini-car market as well. Here is one picture I could find.

I have asked this question several times before and ask it yet again.

At a post in AManWalksIntoAnOffice we might see what the, um, experts might say of Hafei’s chances.

How about you, what do you think is the possibility of seeing Chinese cars puttering around the before long?

Thanks for visiting Ash. I am really looking forward to Chinese cars coming here. Competition is always good for the consumer.
