FIFA 2007 Women’s World Cup – Ghana

There are 16 teams that will compete in this year's FIFA 2007 World's Cup in China from September 10 – September 30th.

Ghana's Black Queens will be making their third appearance in the World Cup, having appeared in 1999, and 2003.

However, they have never made it past the first round.

Ghana's best player -  Adjoa Bayor -Africa's Women's Footballer of the Year and making her third appearance along with goalkeeper Gladys Enti and the versatile Lydia Ankrah.
