China’s Past Olympic Champions – 2000 Sydney
Sydney stole the Games from China, forcing the Middle Kingdom to regroup, rebid and score the Games for 8 years hence.
But, China had its best showing ever at the 2000 Sydney Games.
The Chinese team brought home 36 medals.
