Beijing Games Ticket Buyers have yet to Pay Up
As of last month, more than 300,000 people across the Chinese mainland had 'bought' tickets for the Beijing Games.
But…not everyone has paid for them yet says the Bank of China which has been designated by the Beijing Olympic Committee to collect payments.
Failure to pay may be because there is wrong info about bank accounts or the purchasers just don't have enough money.
Next month, there will be a second stage sale and people who have not paid for their tickets will have their booking cancelled and their tickets put up for sale
Sounds pretty much like what goes on everywhere.
People 'buy' things, then wonder how they will pay for it.
Just wait till more Chinese get a hold of credit cards and 29.5% interest rates.
How much do you owe on your credit card?
