2008 Beijing Olympic Games Tickets FOR SALE

The Beijing Olympics Organizing Committee (BOCOG) says that 1.85 million tickets for the upcoming 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games will go on sale this week on a 'first come first serve' basis.

Each person has a 50 ticket maximum and a two ticket limit at high-demand events.

Altogether, China hopes to sell 7 million tickets to the different events.

So far, 63,000 tickets to the opening and closing ceremonies at the 91,000 seat National2008.games.beijing.jpg Stadium have been sold in addition to two million tickets for the other sporting events.

Some 58% of the tickets are priced at Y100 ($13) making them affordable to the average Chinese.

14% of the tickets are for Chinese students, going for $1.30.

Opening ceremony tickets go for up to $650.

BOCOG hopes to make $140 million on ticket sales.

    Please let me know how to get the Beijing Olympic tickets as we are finding it diffiuclt to get the same in india.
    If i come to beijing is it possible to get the same.
