Miss World Contestants Arrive in Johannesburg, South Africa

There are just 25 days until the Miss World 2008 contest. Some 112 contestants have gathered in Johannesburg, South Africa. One of them will take the crown away from Zhang Zilin, winner last year.

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting many of the Miss World contestants on Vilikazi Street in Soweto earlier today, and as a Canadian resident of Joburg I was VERY impressed by the lovely Miss Leah Ryerse from Canada.
What a genuinely beautiful young lady!
