I want to do my part to get the word out.
The suspected murderer, Tatsuya Ichihashi, of an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher was caught on a security camera at a Japanese restaurant just hours before the 22-year old British girl was suffocated to death.
Here's the shot.
Anybody with a lead…. contact Japanese police.
