Unitech has touched a 52-week low of Rs 30.95. on 24th oct, the share was quoting at Rs 31, down Rs 30.6, or 49.68% on the NSE. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 58.80 and an intraday low of Rs 30.95.
It was trading with volumes of 29,738,371 shares. a few days back the share closed down 14.09% or Rs 10.10 at Rs 61.60.
The company said that the construction was stopped at Greater Noida due to farmer agitation. All the developers have written to Greater Noida demanding ratification. Payments are due only on peaceful possession.
Earlier, sources said that Unitech has defaulted on 2 installments of Rs 150 crore to Greater Noida Development Authority. The land deal with Unitech could be cancelled. Greater Noida Authority Sources said that the repayment schedule is likely to be extended. More developers are likely to default, sources added.

does anyone know when the HIG flats alloted by Noida Auhtority in Sector 99, NOida would be ready? We. like fools paid Rs 40 lakhs in advance and are now being shafted by Noida Authority…I think!!
