Unitech has touched a 52-week low of Rs 30.95. on 24th oct, the share was quoting at Rs 31, down Rs 30.6, or 49.68% on the NSE. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 58.80 and an intraday low of Rs 30.95.
It was trading with volumes of 29,738,371 shares. a few days back the share closed down 14.09% or Rs 10.10 at Rs 61.60.
The company said that the construction was stopped at Greater Noida due to farmer agitation. All the developers have written to Greater Noida demanding ratification. Payments are due only on peaceful possession.
Earlier, sources said that Unitech has defaulted on 2 installments of Rs 150 crore to Greater Noida Development Authority. The land deal with Unitech could be cancelled. Greater Noida Authority Sources said that the repayment schedule is likely to be extended. More developers are likely to default, sources added.

In this regard, they had asked the applicants to check their names at the Noida authority web-site. If you try to access this site, you are warned that this site may harm your computer…
I am sure somebody has sabotaged this site intentionally, so that common man is not included in the list and is deprived from the draw.
This need to be investigated by CBI.

The draw is tough… i guess out of 1.8 lakh people only 675 plots ..so 1 for 300 will be lucky , and if manipulated as has been the precedence.. then only the decieded 675 will be lucky

I Would like to be sent the list of lucky alloteesor the correct site from where the result could ne checked. I am one of the applicant for the scheme.

I want to check the recent decision regarding the NOIDA residential Scheme 2004(1) for general categeory, please let me know the currunt status of the draw.

Somehow I was able to check the result. I find it is rigged again. How come the Application nos. 1,2, and 3 can come simultaneously. I am also able to see the relation between application nos. 3 and 167. One is the wife of sh. Gajjilal and the other one is the daughter of sh. Gajjilal. Similarly the relationship between application No. 31 and 707 is also reflected. Same, one is the wife of one is the wife of Sh. Gyasi and the other one is the daughter of Sh Gyasi. In both the cases, they seems to be hailing from one household. Secondly, I find the application no. 511, 512 and 535 trio have been luckily favoured and seems to be hailing from one household only. I am also sceptical about application nos 1135 and 1136. See how both the series have been selected with identical name and background. This does not appear to be randomly selected but once again rigged. Need to be looked into.

does anyone know when the HIG flats alloted by Noida Auhtority in Sector 99, NOida would be ready? We. like fools paid Rs 40 lakhs in advance and are now being shafted by Noida Authority…I think!!
