The much-awaited results of the mega recruitment examination, District Selection Committee-09, was announced at 4 pm on
Tuesday.Over six lakh candidates appeared for the examination to compete for 52,625 teacher posts in 19 categories.

Minister for Secondary Education D Manikya Varaprasad had earlier hinted that the results would be declared on June 30 but the official decision was announced later in the evening.“The final selection list would be released in the final week of July,’’ the minister said.
