‘Delhi-6′ Review
Delhi 6 the much awaited Bollywood film is released on 20th Feb 2009 , it is directed by Rakeysh Mehra, starring Abhishek Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, Om Puri.
The name of the movie is actually the name of Old Delhi, whose pin code is 110006. The people in Old Delhi call it “Delhi 6″.

CRAP movie. I was bugged with all that was happening in the film. The movie does not hold your attention and you do not get to understand the theme until the last 20 mins of the movie.
Again, Hindus are the agressors and others bear the brunt of their faith and beliefs. Hindu parents oppose son’s marriage to a Muslim. Hindu men attack a poor muslim sweetmaker who respects Hindu Gods. Hindus bring a bogus swamy who says the mosque was built after destroying a temple, thus starting a riot. It is joined by a Hindu sadvi who instigates the people. Hindus shun a lower caste woman but crave spend a night with her.
All the while others are only putting up with all this and provoked to retaliate.
Need I say more!!! All in all I would rate it 2/10.

even thou the movie was a tad drag-gy…. it is for sure… a must watch … today’s india… divided between people with different point of views… excusing our old superstitions in the name of culture…. it does become too preachy … but i do agree wit it … anyway as waheeda rehman says in the 2nd half … “yahan marne ka bhi mann nahi kar raha ” …. eventhou she loves India and was desperate to get here…. i hope we resolve our personal issues before all of us start feeling that way

This is a pure waste of money, total idiotic way of presentation and abhishek looks pathetic – as always. this guy will never improve – no chance in hell for him.
If Big B wouldn’t be there, I wonder who will EVER cast him for any movie?
May be TV serial might give him chance but there also talent needed.

its an amazing movie……….very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very goood……each and everyone should watch the movie…the message is very very very very good…and abishek has done an amazing job as always and proved that he can do any kind of roles,….. very good.

Honestly and frankly:
2.57 out 5.00
GOOD THINGS:
1) After all,at end Movie has a gr8 message ,and that matters the most.
2) A R RAHMAN
3) Ahishek was(not excellent) good and satisfactory.and chemistry of both ABHISHEK and SONAM was good.
BAD THINGS:
1) THE direction was not upto the mark .
2) Not so much entertaining ,90% of jokes were old .
3) was so easily predictable ,not as much fun ,just thardly timepass,not expect so much from the movie .
