‘Mambattiyan’ movie review, watch online, trailer video and photos

The Telugu movie, ‘Mambattiyan’starring Prashanth Thyagarajan and Meera Jasmine, was released in India and across the world on December 15, 2011.

The movie was released in 700 prints. See movie stills.

The movie, directed and produced by Thyagarajan, stars his son in the lead role. The film also sees Prakash Raj, Mumaith Khan and Vadivelu in important roles. Watch trailer video.

Music were directed by Thaman, while lyrics were written by Na Muthukumar and Annamalai.

This film ,which a remake of the ‘Malaiyur Mambattiyan’, is being made in Tamil and Telugu languages also simultaneously.

Prashanth is acting in the role of a forest brigand in ‘Mambattiyan’. The story and scenes will not be the same as in the original version. Modern graphics scenes will feature in this film.
