Asal, The Power of Silence Tamil movie directed by Saran and produced by Prabhu Ganesan and Ramkumar Ganesan of Sivaji Productions is released on 5th Jan 2010.

The film stars Ajith Kumar in dual roles as Shiva, Prabhu as Mirasi, Sameera Reddy as Sara Bhavana as Sulabha.

The audio songs of the movie will be released by Rajini kanth on Jan 4, 2010 at the residence of actor Sivaji Ganeshan.

The songs for Asal has music by Bharathwaj & Y-Kinz with lyrics from Kaviyarasu Vairamuthu.

It will be the most expensive Ajith film ever made.
