Shiney Ahuja’s maid says he never raped her

The 20 year old made of actor Shiney Ahuja said in the court that she has accused Shiney Ahuja of false charge of rape. The maid said that she did this to frame his Ahuja on the behest of a lady, who get her a job with the small time Bollywood actor.Bollywood actor, Shiney Ahuja will get some respite after the statement made by her domestic help in the fast track court.

On June 2009, Ahuja was accused of raping her maid, which the latter refused and said that the actor never raped her.

The actor was arrested on June 15 after medical report confirmed sexual assault on the maid. He has been charged under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) Section 376 with rape, along with wrongful restraint and intimidation.
He was behind the bars for three months and got the bail only on October 1, 2009.

After this twist and turn, the court has scheduled the next hearing on his case for September 15. However Shiney Ahuja still can be convicted based on the other evidence.
