Bollywood actor and son of former Maharastra CM Ritiesh Deshmukh will tie the knot with actress Genelia Dsouza at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Santacruz in Mumbai on February 3, 2012.

The initial celebrations started on Tuesday with sangeet night at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. Genelia was seen dazzling in a manish malhotra’s design.

Filmyfair.com reports, “The Wedding ceremony is said to be a traditional Maharashtrain affair, held during the day, the Barat will leave at 11:00am while the wedding ceremony will start at 12:45pm. For the wedding Genelia will be seen in a Ritu Kumar’s indigo gold lehenga with velvet top, while Ritesh will be seen in a Troy Costa outfit.

The wedding reception will be on Feb 4th 2012, again at Grand Hyatt, Santacruz at 7:30. Bollywood’s who’s who are expected to grace the event, not to mention the political who’s who of India.”

The TimesofIndia writes, “Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza’s wedding festivities began on January 31 with the sangeet ceremony held at a suburban Mumbai five star.

“While the bride-to-be Genelia glowed with happiness, Riteish played the doting groom-to-be to his lady love. And though the evening had its minor glitches, the festive spirit of Riteish and Gen made up for it all. Mumbai Mirror brings you the highlights of the evening.”
