It is hard to be a governor’s celebrity wife, especially when you’re not yet that accustomed to obeying the governor’s regulation by yourself. That also occurs to Maria Shriver, the celebrity wife of California celebrity Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger when she was captured by paparazzi when she was talking on her cell phone while driving her car. And this is not the first time.

She was seen happily chatting around on the phone on Sunday (October 11) in LA, after spotted for the very same issue on July.

Arnold appears to be none too pleased about the matter because he tweeted the following message to TMZ’s Harvey Levin, “Thanks for bringing her violations to my attention, @harveylevintmz. There’s going to be swift action.”
