Konkona Sen wedding with Ranvir Shorey, photos

Bollywood actress Konkona Sen Sharma and her long-time boyfriend Ranvir Shorey have got married at a private ceremony in Mumbai.

Konkona Sen Tweeted. “Hey guys. Ranvir and I got married on the 3rd (September). Thanks for all the good wishes! Goodnight,”

The couple, who got engaged in 2008 had an intimate marriage ceremony at their Goregoan residence. very Few close friends, including Fardeen Khan and Shilpa Shetty, attended.

Konkona wore a Bengali sari and her grandmother’s jewels. While Ranvir, 38, was dressed as a Punjabi groom,

“We wanted you to read it here first but… we got married! Yay,” Tweeted Ranbir. “The best wish/advice I’ve received on marriage so far: ‘Congratulations! Don’t do it again.”

Konkona, daughter of Bengali filmmaker and actress Aparna Sen, is known for her roles in Mr & Mrs Iyer, Page 3, Life… In A Metro and Wake Up Sid. While Ranvir made his mark with films like Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd, Khosla Ka Ghosla, Pyaar Ke Side Effects and Mixed Doubles.
