Delhi 6 the much awaited Bollywood film is released on 20th Feb 2009 , it is directed by Rakeysh Mehra, starring Abhishek Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, Om Puri.

Well, the intension of the director was good, he tried to give a message from this movie…. but, the movie is not interesting at all… I am really disapoointed by the overall movie… only thing which I liked in the movie is Sonam kapoor and ofcourse AR rahman’s music…

i agree with the review.. the movie was just a waste of time.. both actors abishek and sonam (especially) were rather over actors..
v boring n rather too slow…. the director didnt justify the characters well… n things were too mixed up in the movie.
miss indian idol didnt have anything special in the movie as compared to what she has been promoting the movie like.. it looked from her presence in every promotional event of the movie n from interviews that the movie is gonna ba based on her just rubbish acting by her she was way better in sawariya….n that american boy was just hopeless in acting like an american as just stated in the review…

CRAP movie. I was bugged with all that was happening in the film. The movie does not hold your attention and you do not get to understand the theme until the last 20 mins of the movie.
Again, Hindus are the agressors and others bear the brunt of their faith and beliefs. Hindu parents oppose son’s marriage to a Muslim. Hindu men attack a poor muslim sweetmaker who respects Hindu Gods. Hindus bring a bogus swamy who says the mosque was built after destroying a temple, thus starting a riot. It is joined by a Hindu sadvi who instigates the people. Hindus shun a lower caste woman but crave spend a night with her.
All the while others are only putting up with all this and provoked to retaliate.
Need I say more!!! All in all I would rate it 2/10.

Do not waste your money! This movie is going to sink!
Only thing worth watching are the songs! awesome! ar rehman rocks!
