The theme of the movie is based on the racism attacks on Indians in Australia.The movie is joined venture of Bhatt brothers (Mahesh and Mukesh) and is produced by Vishesh films. The movie is directed by Mohit Suri of Kalyug fame. Music is composed by Pritam.

The poster boy of Bhatt camp, Emraan Hashmi is in the lead and opposite him is the debutant Neha Sharma.

The movie also stars ‘Fashion Fane’ Arjan Bajwa.

The movie is about Jai (Emraan Hashmi) who has a flair for getting into trouble. Jai believes that “it is good to be bad”, which is also the tag line of the film.

Crook deals with the dilemma of selecting between good and bad.Crook is an upcoming Bollywood thriller film scheduled for release on October 8, 2010.
