Baabarr is a story of ‘Baabarr’ a young boy whose life into crime begins at the small age of 12, after he shoots a man and kills him with a gun.

After killing a man at the age of 12 Baabarr (Soham) becomes a 22-year-old who has made significant inroads in underworld.
Since last 10 years Baabarr becomes the most feared person, dreaded by the government and the common man.
Unable to resist the terror the government summons an encounter Expert – S.P. Dwivedi (Mithun Chakraborty) to get of Baabarr and his fear.
The order the Encounter specialist got is simple – ‘Get Baabarr, dead or alive’.
