‘Agent Vinod’ to be dedicated to Mansoor Ali Khan

Upcoming movie ‘Agent Vinod’ will be Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan’s first release since his father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi passed away on September 22, 2011. Khan says that he would like to dedicate the spy thriller ‘Agent Vinod’ to his father.

The actor while talking about the dedication said that he is at present considering it and has also spoken to director Sriram Raghavan. Saif also added that he probably will and is waiting to see the final cut and that it has to be worthy of him.

The actor turned producer confessed that his father never watched films and that he had never discussed work with his father due to which he has a life away from films when he is not shooting. Tiger Pataudi watched ‘Omkara’, but did nnot understand much of it due to the dialect and wife Sharmila Tagore made him watch ‘Parineeta’.

The upcoming movie is these days hyped as a ‘desi’ version of Bond movies, but Saif insisted that the movie is not inspired by the 007 series.
