Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) results 2012 declared
The Common Written Examination results of the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) was declared on February 29, 2012 at its official website.
The written exams were held on three different dates on November 27, 2011, December 04, 2011 and December 11, 2011 at different centers in India.
IBPS will issue scorecard to the candidates who have successfully passed the exam for clerical posts. The scorecard is valid for a period of one year only and will be accepted by only the 19 banks that gave authorization to IBPS to conduct the exams.
Candidates who are successful in the written tests can use their scorecard to apply in all or any of the 19 public sector banks.
The 19 public center banks participating are Allahabad Bank, Andhra Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab National Bank, Punjab & Sind Bank, Syndicate Bank, Union Bank of India, United Bank of India, UCO Bank, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, Corporation Bank, Dena bank, Indian Bank & Vijaya Bank.

The IBPS has been authorised by the Indian Banks Association to conduct these exams for recruitment of bank personnels.
