The South Korean government is planning a new 'smart highway' that will allow cars to drive at 160kph (100mph) by 2016.
Communication technologies will be incorporated into the highway in a bid to speed up traffic.
Various censors will be placed along the high-speed road that will help prevent possible car accidents and detect dangers to motorists.
The cost – $163 million.
"Huh!?"
CARARREADSHHH!!!

I heard about highways like these going up in Japan too. Do you know when those will be complete?
