US-Sino Trade Continues to Grow
The Christmas figures haven't been added in as of yet, but the first three quarter of the year have already seen a growth in the trade between China and the United States.
Total – $221.36 billion.
China's export to the United States increased by 15.8% to US$169.99 billion.
America gets 19.4% of China's total exports.
China's import from the US went up 15.1% to US$51.37 billion, or 7.45% of the country's total import.
The deficit – $118 billion, up 16%. But, the growth rate of the deficit was just 9.7%, lower than last year's growth rate.
Foreign-funded companies made up almost two-thirds (65.5%) of the bilateral trade and 72.4% of China's trade surplus with the U.S.
Growing slower, but still growing is the trade deficit/surplus.
What can America do?
