Kuwait is courting Chinese investor to help launch several major infrastructure projects.

Kuwait wants to build a new port and exploit a nearby island.

The cost – $50 billion.

China and Kuwait already have an agreement to jointly build a refinery in Guangdong to the tune of $5 billion.

Kuwait wants Chinese mainlanders, Hong Kongers and entrepreneurs to invest in:

1. infrastructure,

2. communication,

3. energy,

4. insurance,

5. hotels,

6. tourism

7. real estate

Do you think China is in a position to help build other countries or should China focus on China?
