Gold in Shangdong and Diamonds in Japan

Submitted by Bill Belew on Monday, 10 September 2007No Comment

There's gold in them hills and diamonds on that island.

Golddiggers had been hunting for more than 2.5 years before they came upon a mine with some 51.83 tons of gold reserves worth about $106 million in Shandong province.

China's biggest gold resource is in East Jiaozhou Bay in northern China with 3,400 tons of gold reserves.

So far more than 100 gold mines have been found by this provincial mining bureau …and more than 1,000 tons of gold reserves.

It's about time some good news came out of China's mines, no?

Meanwhile – Natural Diamonds were Found In Japan but are not considered to be of any commercial value…yet.

There is gold, diamonds and treasures to be found in other places besides the ground and in caves.

Where is your treasure?
