China's auto production has grown at a 45.8% annual growth rate since 2002.

This year the country expects to roll out 8.5 million cars.

At the end of last year, output value of China's auto industry accounted for 3.7% of the country's GDP.

Employment in auto and auto-related industries made up one-sixth of the country's workforce.

So far this year, the country's rollout of vehicles is up 23.6% over last year.

Exports of Chinese cars is up 70.3% to 294,000 vehicles.

Exports of auto parts so far this year amount to $8.85 billion, up 32.4%
