In 2017 China's power plant CO2 emissions are expected to surpass that of the US in its abilities to pollute the skies.

With global economic might comes a boost in CO2 emissions say the US think tank – Center for Global Development.

Not only will China outdo the US, but "overwhelmingly" so.

America's biggest culprits are the Southern Co. American Electric Power Co., Duke Energery Corp, and AES Corp.

China's biggest monster, Huaneng Power International. 

Texas is the worst state, followed by FL.

Europeans do half the damage of the Americans.

The need to shift to less carbon-intensive power generation is to fight another monster, albeit a fictitious one…global warming.

At least nowadays, people can point their fingers in two directions…one at the U.S. and the other at China.
