7 Reform Targets for 2008 in China

China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has its sites on new targets in 2008.
1. a project recording and evaluating system
2. reform of resource products pricing and environment protection charging mechanism
3. pricing reforms of oil and gas
4. reforms in the power generating and supply sectors.
5. railway, postal and telecommunication companies will deepen their reforms.
6. a blue print of medicine and health care system reform
7. improvement in legislation on – enterprise investment, bidding, corporate bonds and administrative law enforcement.
China's a-changing.
Things in China aren't what they used to be or what they will be, are they?
It would be nice to see Western environmentalists in China helping out with Green power production.
