4 Main Contributions of the 5.5 Million Private Enterprises in China

China has 5.5 million private enterprises according to the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.

That's about 80% of the country's corporations.

The country also has 26.21 million individual industrial and commercial entities.

More than 70% of urban workers are working in privatly owned companies or individual industrial and commercial entities.

Those companies paid $47 billion in taxes or about 9.4% of the country's

Private enterprises also made 80% of all new products in the country and threw in 70% of technology innovation and 65% of invention patents.
