Submitted by Bill Belew on Tuesday, 9 May 2006No Comment

Dr. Kai-fu Lee is the Vice President, Engineering and President of Google China.

In a recent panel discussion at the Committee of 100 he shared his perspective on Chinese talent.

Chinese talent and their prospects in business are on the rise. He gave five reasons for his assessment.

1. Chinese students, he says, are traditionally focused on education.

2.  The number of college graduates is continuing to grow.

3.  Chines are hard workers.

4.  The English ability of the average Chinese is improving.

5.  Chinese are adept at learning via the Internet.

These five qualities, he says, add up to a giant pool of very capable Chinese on the horizon.

Yep…America and a whole lot of other countries are going to get their butts kicked if they don’t pay attention…..starting…………….Now!
