A commenter wrote in response to my post Watching Your Friend Die

"I think the group of Korean missionaries are pretty selfish, myself. What did they expect to happen? Think of all of the worry and upset they've caused their friends and family for some church stunt.

The first thing I thought when I saw the news was, 'That's about as smart as wearing a raw-meat suit and going for a swim in shark infested waters. Intentionally.'"korean.hostage.dead thumb Watching Your Friend Die # 2

Now there is double proof that the group was not very 'smart' I suppose.

Taliban leaders shot dead a male South Korean hostage because the Afghan government would not listen to their demands.

He was then dumped on the side of the road in a clover field.

Police found the blood-stained body of the bespectacled man.

A spokesman for the Taliban said coldly, "We shot dead a male captive because the government did not listen to our demands."

Coward! Cowards!! All of them.

I suppose if everyone was shot dead who was stupid and loving, made mistakes in the name of charity….then I wonder who would be writing this today.
