Maruti Suzuki Kizashi to be launched in India on 2nd February
The much awaited car of Maruti, the Maruti Suzuki Kizashi is all set to be launched in India on 2nd February. According to sources, after a long time Maruti Suzuki will be importing the Complete Buit-up Unit from the Japan factory.
However attempts are being made by Maruti to assemble the car in an Indian plant in future. The car has a roaring 2.4L engine which is also used in the Grand Vitara SUV, which makes the car bit costlier between 17 and 20 lakhs.
Auto analysts have said that, the car will be a tough competition to Honda Civic, VW Jetta and Skoda Superb which also fall in the same category. Presumptions are also made that, the car may also take away its customers.
A diesel version of the vehicle will be launched soon in the markets. Customers after booking the car will get the delivery only after 8 weeks. It is also predicted that, the diesel version of Kizashi will also prove to be a good competition to the already existing diesel cars in the market.
