DDA Housing Scheme 2010 application for new flats has begun

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) housing scheme had recently announced about their new 16,000 flats for the public, now they have revealed the locations of these flats. The flats will be constructed in the ares of Mukherjee Nagar, Dwarka Area, Rohini Area, Vasant Kunj and Motia Khan area.

The registration has already begun from November 24, 2010 and will end on December 24. That means the people who are interested to purchase flats under DDA have time of complete one month for applying. But they should register themselves at the earliest and should not wait till the last moment.

The interested candidates can avail the application forms from the following banks (any branch)- Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI bank, HDFC bank, SBI and Union Bank at Rs 106.

The registration fee of the DDA Housing Scheme for 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK flats is Rs 1.5 Lakhs. And registration fee for Janta flats is Rs 50,000.
Those who intent to register themselves need to possess a PAN card and also a bank account.
